Setting to enable quick sign-up?

Hi Rudi.
So, even though it says "Adding listings without signing up", the user must still enter their Name and Email, and assign an Account Type, before they add/create a listing? Is that correct? So they are still essentially creating an account?

QR > yes they can create the ad but before it posts it asks for an email/username or email based on settings, as you can not have a post assigned to nobody / a ghost post.

By quick sign up it means rather than fill in the registration before adding a post they can start the post and then before submit, quickly add some details to publish it, they are then supposed to get a followup email asking them to complete the registration details if they wish.
