Single-Listing Packages Not Showing to User My Packages Page

I think this issue has to do with me learning the software.

For some reason, I cannot get Single-Listing Packages to appear on the User's "My Packages" page.

There is no problem getting the Multi-Listing Packages to appear.

I have confirmed that the package is "available to" the user type.

I believe I have the settings correct (see image 1).

Is there a setting I need to adjust before it appear to a user?

Any assistance is appreciated.
