What is the idea of these categories? How should they work?
Basically:
- User clicks the News / FAQs link
- The page that opens has a category Content Box with different categories
For example:
- General FAQs
- Seller's FAQs
- Buyer' FAQs
- or-
- Buyers FAQs
- Agents FAQs
- Developers
- Services FAQs
Categories names can be added using the admin panel.
However, I think News caregories are more important than FAQs categories for SEO purposes

From memory I was able to make categories etc in there with some manipulation of the titles of the posts and manually creating links to other faq or news posts, it was clunky to build but it worked well. ? The FAQ on lets you manipulate the dates posted and as such order so that is easy to configure into categories from memory.
