How to Change 'We're sorry but the page you're looking for doesn't exist.'

Hello,

Now it (works) changed in the language section in ap, I don't know why, but maybe clearing my browser history might have logged me out and when I logged back in, the changes were not saved, but then I did it again, and changes are saved.

I have checked in the phrases section on how to change that text, and I have found the text, but after changing the font-size (it did change in the language -> phrases area of ap, but it didn't update on the website. I have also checked the 404.tpl, but that didn't work either.
Is there another place I need to look to change that text? I just want to add a couple of styles to it, but I can't seem to find the correct template or phrase to change.
