Listing fields and Listing Packages

While working on an auto classifieds I tried to add Listing Field for Horse Power and after adding it, it doesn't appear when I'm trying to add a new listing.

Also is it possible to seperate featured and highlighted packages? Currently I couldn't manage it.

did you go into the category / build category / list form builder and drag the new listing field into play ?

Thanks, seems that there is a lot of stuff in this section. One question, do I have to do it manually for each category?
