Ok a further update on this > is available for all the listings that offer email addresses in contact details.
This is not the case you need to add a text field with email to the buider main post section for this to read the email address which is a bit funny to include this in the main post body and would seem confusing to users.
from there I keep getting errors ? but will see if I can sort it today
