    Hello Wei Hong,

This issue happened with me before, emails went to the spam folder, I fixed it by https://www.spamhaus.org/lookup/ and adding DKIM and DMARC to DNS.
So If your Domain is listed on the Spamhaus Domain Blocklist (DBL), this Lookup tool will give you a link to information on what to do.

    Dear Nazzal,

Thank you so much for your insight. Pretty useful. I check both the IP and domain name on spamhaus.org and they both clear. None was added in blocklist. So now I will take extra step to add DKIM and DMARC to DNS as you suggested. Hopefully it will fix the problem.

    Thanks again, I appreciate it.

    Hi Nazzal,

I have been exchanging supports with my host provider and they helped me add DKIM, but DMARC they asked me to do it myself. Would you kindly share with me how did you generate DMARC record?

    Hello Wei Hong,

Actually my hosting provider added it, I don't know how did. they generate the record but you can try this: https://dmarc.org/resources/deployment-tools/
Hopefully your emails will get fixed soon.
