Upgrading from Flynax v.3.2 to 4.0

3. Download a plugin, which is being developed, and run it on the new version; it will import all data from the previous version to Flynax v.4.0.

Is there any way to have step-by-step instruction how to upgrade from 3.2 to 4.0 after installing this plugin to 3.2 script.

I cant find Flynax 3.2 to 4.x Migrator (Deprecated) plugin anymore, I cant find it in my Flynax Website Admin Panel and not even in Flynax Customer Area
Please help
