I think that setting is in your web hosting control panel.
If you use the Cpanel it might be on the PHP version page.
There are many PHP setting there.
I recommend contacting your hosting company support.

Is Session Support supposed to be ON or OFF?
We currently have it set to "php_admin_flag [session.auto_start] = On"

On that screen, all items need to be in green regardless of whether they say enabled or disabled, see here:
