Support Levels in Tickets ?
Support Level 1
Support Level 2
Support Level 3
? do we spin a plate and pick a number ? what is this about and what does a blind man do ?

Hello Pete,
Yea we have split the Technical Support into the 3 sub-departments, simple support requests are for the
first level, more complex for second and the most difficult tickets for the last third department.
But you should not take care of it, tickets assignment will be made on our side, you still should post ticket to
single Technical Department.
