Forms build for categories cant be saved

I transferred the site to a new server and now i cant save the forms for the categories and also buttons in ADMIN-REFRESH are not working

To be more exact, when i try to build a submit form for a specific category, after i press SAVE the button remains stuck on LOADING.... And the saving never takes place

Does anybody have an idea why? The basic requirements for the software are enabled in apache but i think something else must be enabled too

Have you checked your .htaccess file?

The site was transferred automatically using Import account so all files are in place. For sure is an issue of server configuration.I just don't know which option
Yes i checked htaccess file

But transfer is not equal to install. You must install the script in order to make the script work. You can transfer files though.
