    ... The encoded file has format major ID 3, whereas the Loader expects 4...
    Does your hoster support ioncube loader? rlNavigator is a ioncube encoded file.
    It may also be that loader version is incorrect or the file is damaged.
    Open a support ticket. They can quickly resolve this problem.
