How to change it?

You can change it in ftp://templates>>your_template>>tpl>>header.tpl

find code at line ~8:

and change it.

Your instruction is not working. It's just working on main template,not on "Print Page".Print Page should be using different template.

If you want change meta generator on print page you should go to: ftp://templates>>your_template>>tpl>>controllers>>print. tpl and find code at line ~9
