Closed support tickets

are closed support tickets going to be deleted any time in future? How long do they stay "available"?

The tickets never deleted.

Maybe in 5 years when our tickets database will be oveloaded we will delete some old tickets to clear space, but i don't think so. Anyway there is no any automated thing to delete them and we are not deleting any of the real people tickets.
