Default sort order of this forum?

Just curious - is there a way for me as a user to change the default sort order of this forum? It seems to be alphabetical (?) by default, so each time I want to see the newest threads at the top I have to click the last post column, but I can't figure out how to set it as a user so the next time I visit it's still sorted to show newest threads first.

Default sort order seems to be reverse alphabetical by thread title?

I'm accustomed to forums being sorted with newest reply first so the threads with newest replies are visible first.

whereas most forums I visit are sorted by default like:
