nova: floating contact broker call seller on phone screen

On the nova template, on phone screens [contact broker] [call seller] buttons float anchored on the bottom of a phone screen. Is there a way to turn this off?

(these buttons also appear in the listing up the page which is sufficient for my need and I'd rather not have these anchored at the bottom where this block may conflict with an anchor ad)
