Error when upgrade listing

When my customer Received an email notification that a feature was about to expire.
and click to renew via the link in the email I found this error. How should I fix this problem?

For such a problem, I advise you to create a ticket here:

Create an account if you haven't have one. Then describe your issue with screenshot above, give them admin login and ftp for best checkup.
