Friends, another question. Is it possible to make the "For Sale" selection not active? Because there are some categories of listings that are exclusively related to renting. For example, renting out a room. Accordingly with a drop-down list of rental terms.

You can just remove this field from the category forms where it's not needed or build an individual form for renting category without adding this field:

Categories > Browse > your rental category > Build Category
