I have such a problem that I selected the primary apartment category so that I can display fields for each category separately, but for some reason the system now uses the house category as the basis as if it were the primary category, even though it is not set.

Try to refresh the system cache via Refresh section or create a ticket

I updated it. I checked that the apartment category is not primary, and it shows in the menu that no primary category is set, but the system automatically adds the house category as primary in mysql. Is it possible that it is coded in some php?

There is no hardcode for category forms by default
