I install the latest version (done a new install) and I have also 3 differnt languages.
But i find just in the admin menu/ languages/ searchg phrases: -> copy_rights
just one : eng
Do you now why?

You need to compare 2 other languages with english and add lost phrases. You can do it via Admin Panel >> Languages. Please check my attached screenshot:
