Fields just for companies or/and members

I would love to have the ability to have different forms depending if it is a company or a person that sells the item.

For an example on my site where most of my members are companies that sell their stuff thru the internet.
Here i want like a check box saying something like "Webshop" so customers will know that they can only order this item online and from their site.

If they do check the box the "State" and "County" dropdown list will be blocked because they are selling it online and not from a state and county.

Also i want some kind of signature on the list form saying that this is a company selling this item. (check image below(taken from blocket.se))

How can i do this ?

You can try to make it like as the Property for feature (realty classifieds). Or you can submit a ticket to our technical support and we will be able to make it as individual customization.
