profile incomplete

Hello,

hope everyone is safe
i have added a new "Packages"
when ever i add a new profile, it is incomplete, although I am sure I am filling all.
Any ideas?

You need to check your account type for confirmation options: User Accounts > Account Types > your type > Edit > Registration Settings

thx for your response , apparently the preview plugin was enabled and after the account is created there is an extra step
