How to show ads to the related specific country?

Hi friends,

I am new here, I wonder if this software shows the related ads to the specific country.
For example, if a user posts ads from Saudi Arabia on my site, and some users post ads from Turkey and some users post ads from UAE.

Then user who visits my site from Saudi Arabia is gonna see all the ads on homepage or the Saudi user will first see on top ads posts from Saudi Arabia?

I don't know how to explain it better, but I want the user to see the ads on top from his/ her own country first, rather than seeing ads from all over the country while the user is interested only in his/ her own country ads.

I do have Multifield/Location Filter plugin active on my site, but my question is, I am in UAE right now, I posted some ads for UAE people. But what if a user from Saudi Arabia comes on my site, will he see my UAE ads also??? If yes, then I want that Saudi user to see ads on top which were posted from Saudi users. Because right now on my site homepage, ads do not show any location or country name.
