Listings & Plans not showing

Hi friends,

The default listing packages were so confusing so I removed all and tried to create my own so that I would better understand.

Membership Plans
I created two Membership Plans Free & Gold only but they do not appear anywhere on the website, even on sign up page. Any idea if it needs turning on from somewhere in admin panel? Because status are active but still do not appear anywhere on my site.

I created one free listing package and one multiple listing package, they do appear but I created another featured package and its active but does show anywhere on the website.


Appreciate your input to resolve this please.

Hello,

The listing packages are not available when the membership plan is in use. Once it's expired you can select a listing package on the add-listing form

Make sure you properly configured your membership plans for account types and enabled plan services or create a ticket if you still have problems
