    Question Heavy IP-address problem

    Hello Flynax Team,

Google has detected that our site is affected by pages indexing issue(s). Then they send us; too many connections on our site. They can't index all of our sites. When welcome site is running, google only indexes one page!

Our hoster advised us to use a dedicated IP address. We bought this and the host provider switched to the new ip address.

But the software doesn't run correctly under the new IP address. The hoster said we should ask Flynax why it's not working? In the meantime he has activated the old IP address again. He is waiting on answer from Flynax before he change ip-address again!

But now it gets even worse: Homepage is visible. But there are many problems like: all links on the site are broken, links from google lands all on home, registration is down.

    What can we do?
Should we make Refresh from all in admin-cp or is there another solution?

    We need help asap!
    Best wishes, Guenter

    Hello,

I think the problem is not in the script but in DNS propagation because of the new IP

It takes 24-48 hours to propagate worldwide

    Hello Rudi,

they have switched it to the old ip-address again. It was max. an half hour on new ip-adrress! The wait of answer from Flynax.

Besides the mentioned problems I got this error message in accounts:
    Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: current(): Argument #1 ($array) must be of type array, null given in /var/www/vhosts/xxxxx.com/httpdocs/xxxxx/tmp/aCompile/%%94^94A^94A29674%%accounts.tpl.php:429 Stack trace: #0 /var/www/vhosts/xxxxx.com/httpdocs/xxxxx/tmp/aCompile/%%94^94A^94A29674%%accounts.tpl.php(429): current() #1 /var/www/vhosts/xxxxx.com/httpdocs/xxxxx/libs/smarty/Smarty.class.php(1889): include('...') #2 /var/www/vhosts/xxxxx.com/httpdocs/xxxxx/includes/classes/rlSmarty.class.php(82): Smarty->_smarty_include() #3 /var/www/vhosts/xxxxx/httpdocs/xxxxx/tmp/aCompile/%%45^45E^45E480CD%%index.tpl.php(383): rlSmarty->_smarty_include() #4 /var/www/vhosts/xxxxx.com/httpdocs/xxxxx/libs/smarty/Smarty.class.php(1266): include('...') #5 /var/www/vhosts/xxxxx/httpdocs/xxxxx/includes/classes/rlSmarty.class.php(69): Smarty->fetch() #6 /var/www/vhosts/xxxxx/httpdocs/xxxxx/libs/smarty/Smarty.class.php(1113): rlSmarty->fetch() #7 /var/www/vhosts/xxxxx/httpdocs/xxxxx/xxxxx/index.php(286): Smarty->display() #8 {main} thrown in /var/www/vhosts/xxxxx/httpdocs/xxxxx/tmp/aCompile/%%94^94A^94A29674%%accounts.tpl.php on line 429

You need to use php 7.4 as the v.8 is not supported by the script yet. It will be available in the next update

    Rudi, thanks for the tip.
Our hosting provider change the PHP version from 7.4 to 8.01. I have undone that and the errors are gone.

But our site is still not working. All links refer to home. And user login is not possible.

Could it be that the error is in the template? Should I upload the template from the last backup?
