How to make the site completely free?

As my site is new, after setting up packages and plans, I would like to disable the paid system on my site. So that users can totally free use my site. Once I have enough traffic then I will enable the paid plans.

I can not find in site admin a way to make the site completely free with one click, is there any option or a way to do that easily?

Thank you so much, yes I would do that but first I want to fix my Paypal issue, once fixed then I will make my site full free for users and when my site gets traffic then I will enable the paid packages.
