Change size Logo.svg

Hi is it possible to change the size of my logo and ad it in the logo.svg without change the top of the header?

If you look the picture there is place for it. But if II just change the size of the logo also the header change and than the look is not so good.

Right now the logo is to small.

I ad that code in the style.css
but its cutting the logo on the top and butten :-(

Header stays fine :-)
