Agencies understanding problem

After update to 4.9.1 I have an understanding problem with agencies on details site.

There are now profiles (listings) and agents, see pic1

But I don't know to manage listings and agents??

Can anybody help or is there any manual?

yes, I can find the agency link in account menu! But this is not my problem.

Rather, the agency can invite the agent by email. So far so good. If the agent declines the invitation, everything is ok.

But if the agent accepts the invitation, he can immediately register, open an account and pay.
When the agent logs in, they have full access to the agency's account! That means he can change or delete listings or agency data and thus destroy the entire agency. But he cannot create his own listing!

Is that how it's meant??? Maybe some settings are wrong? Because that way it makes no sense to invite agents!

there is no way to create a agents account after accepting the invitation. Please help!

Agency can add/delete agents but cannot remove their listings.

Agents will create listings himself. I have checked it on my local escort version and it is working properly.

Gradually I despair with the agents.

1. I finally managed to invite the agent via email and the agent accepted the offer. He got an email > your account has been activated.

2. The agent created a listing and paid for it. He got an email > You have successfully added a new profile. With a link that works too.

3. But if you click on the agency, it says: The agency hasn’t yet added any profiles.

4. I can only find the agent's new profile on the home page under: Recent profiles! But there is no connection to the Agency whatsoever.

Something's wrong here!!! Maybe it's just a wrong setting but I can't get any further.

Agent's profiles should show too. I suggest you create a new ticket with the problem.
