Currency Conversion Rates

Hi,

As you know the currency conversion rates are always changing. I'm trying to determine if these currency rates are fixed values or dynamically generating based on live currency rate values. This is extremely important because if they are static values, you would have to update each one each day, if not.

Can anyone please offer insight into this issue?
