How can I translate Country / State/ city to other language .

Hello,

If you use the World database v6 you can translate locations to 5 more additional languages: Spanish, Russian, French, German and Portuguese

Go to Plugins > Multifield/Location Filter > your multi-entry > Manage > Import Data > World Locations - v6 > Import Translation

Unfortunately, Arabic is not supported

The only way is to translate locations manually:

your multi-field entry > Manage > some location > Edit > Name > click the Arabic tab > translate
