Field groups closed by default on add listing page but NOT on listing view page

So i know i can set a field group to be opened/closed by default through AP -> Field Groups -> Expansion by default
Problem is it affects both add listing and listing view pages.

How can i set a field group to be closed by default on add listing page and collapsed on listing view page?

Go to templates/.../tpl/controllers/listing_details.tpl

below this line:

comment out or remove:

Only registered members can view the code.
