    You'd better create a ticket so that we can check the issue

    Maybe your hosting doesn't allow the script to use these ports

    I open a ticked about this and the team says there are no restriction on any script or port at the domain

    So does it work now? From Viktor's response above it seems the port as suggested mail.sanabana.com:465 works in his screenshot.

    If so then there is the last option which I'm 99% positive it will work.
    Instead of using mail.domain.com:465
    Try server_ip:465

    Sorry but this is also not working

    i have never looking to it if the mail was working or not
    because i used the option from the start of the website
    as the account type for "Log user in after register"

    And i test also my contact form and it is working with it fine just flynax is not working

    the problem seems to be

    when i change any settings in the mail option and submit the settings i get this message "SMTP test failed, see log"

    but when i click submit again the message show "The changes have been successfully saved"

    where is the log file on the server site ?
