It works as it claims.

I tried it a few years back and stopped. The only one issue that I personally did not like is the bump up function where the system use a separate listing sorting. I wish they could work along with as either newest or oldest (as newest updated / activity by listing owner). Not newest, oldest, bumped up asc, bumped up desc. Not sure how it work now, just sharing my experience.
