I couldn't find any info on the forum for this.. How to add another listing package?

I have 2 listing packages, 1 free and 1 featured/paid. Want to add another featured/paid for a longer period of time at a discounted rate.

Tried to use the same key as my featured package. (featured_paid) but won't allow me. The top one shown here I can't get to show on the front end. What key should I use?
