Discussion about escrow in shopping cart

Hi Flynax,

The escrow feature added to the shopping cart plugin is a welcome plus. However, I'm thinking of a scenario when the buyer got the product as described, but still cancel the order and get their money back. How do we solve this issue? The escrow seems to be a protection for the buyer, but the seller could be at risk as well.

I think a better solution is that the buyer click a dispute or raise a case, where seller has a chance to prove that he was right and buyer was trying to take advantage of the escrow function. Seller can add picture or tracking or any useful info
