How to close similar listing within nearby locations and adthis book mark

When I click to go to my website by clicking the website URL that I shared on Facebook
I see some plugins working on my website. But these plugins I did not install and enable it on my website . And I also found that some of my listing were missing. However, this problem only occurs when I use my mobile phone and access the website by clicking on a link shared on Facebook.. I think this might be a bug.

about listings were missing after I reset the location of visitors in front-end is showing all listings. Maybe this has something to do with similar listings within nearby locations. because when I reset the location Everything returned to normal.
