H3 Tag on Welcome page

Were is this tag "text" set for the H3 on the Welcome page? I need to change the text.

Could you show on a screenshot what text you mean?

Go into admin panel/languages then click the search button on right hand side under table.

and then you can either search phrase key - welcome_label_text

or search phrase - hot content website

Then just click the box and change the text.
