Add_listing

Hi there...

I am using membership plans and listing packages together and all membership services are disabled.
I want to have a membership plan witch dealers cannot add listings but profiles will appear at dealers search page. if i enable add_listing service and i will do it, but after that visitors cannot add listings.

is it easy to let visitors to add listings with add_listing membership service disabled?
