How to enable ARABIC in username field ?

Hi FLYNAX team

username Use Latin characters and digits only.
why can't I use ARABIC characters?
when user log in with facebook the username show in ARABIC characters in the admin panel
the ARABIC characters is supported in the software
How can I enable it to test in my site

Actually, using Arabic characters in username is not a good idea because it may cause conflicts with encoding
