where can I change the meta tags for agencies & clubs?

I always get error messages like "server down" or 'nofollow' when creating a sitemap.xml

The page source text currently says:

<meta name="description" content="Agencies &amp; clubs" />
<meta name="Keywords" content="" />

But I also can't find a page where I can enter the meta tags for agencies?
