Text Box Filter Lookup

Hi, is there a Text Box Filter Lookup option instead of a basic drop down. I have hundreds of manufacturers in a drop down pulled from a data entry and to scroll through all will be frustrating for the user. A lookup would be useful. Is this something that is possible?

I have mentioned this before, have exactly the same issue.
Flynax needs some type of jquery search that searches as you type through lengthy data entries.
Same goes for cities on the multifield. Hundereds of cities to go through before you select.
