Changing username after expired profile

When User get the email with folowing text:

Your membership plan expired at {site_name}

Hello {name},
Your membership plan at has expired. Please log into your account and renew it.
----------

and we set the status in admin panel from 'expired' to active, then the title name is automatically changed to 'listing' ???

So we have in the meantime a lot of profiles with name 'listing' instead of user name. What is wrong?


2. Question:
Why in the text stands 'Hello {name}' and '{site_name}' instead of user name and our site name?
