As an admin you can t edit account really?

When you edit an account, why is it required t modify the password filed?
Same for the address, and when you fill it up it says the address is incorrect?

The Confirm password field is required; please fill in it.
Passwords do not match.
"Personal address" either hasn’t been entered or is incorrect; please try again.

After changing the password... address not coreect, but the address is not compulsory....(onmy settings)
