Exclamation Flynax apache mod rewrite issue

    Hi all

I have flynax installed on a subdomain. Everything works well just have an issue with mod rewrite if enabled then i have a 404 error not found on all links in User Interface, whereas admin panel works well. When apache mod rewrite is disabled all works well.

I have apache mod rewrite enabled on my webserver and it works on my main site. Anyone has an idea how i can fix this? Is it an issue with the htaccess file?

    Hi Sakil,

I am not sure if this is your problem.
But check your .htaccess File in Flynax root Folder.
    Replace:

    RewriteBase /
    to
    RewriteBase /your_subfolder/

    Best regards
    Steffen

    HI Steffen

No i have already gone through this setting. Its not this, as my flynax is working correctly its just about SEO URLs i want to activate the apache mod rewrite for flynax.

I have already done what Steffen advised still having this issue, as i mentioned before the flynax software works great you can test it at http://classifieds.defimedia.info
Its just mod rewrite which is not working for the subdomain.

Ah, apologies, I misunderstood as well - I got it that you are running from subfolder not from subdomain. I never tried that though...

The problem was here. You changed the .htaccess but the software was installed in main directory.
