    2 open tickets and unsolved problems

    I am really disappointed.
    This morning I see that you have answered here on the forum, but my problems reported via Ticket have not been taken into consideration.
    I also bought 2 licenses ...

    Hello floro, im sure they will answer you, it all depends who the ticket goes to and what type of problem it is.
    I also have open tickets or tickets on hold. You can always remind them.

    They also do not work weekends so allow for that.

    Well, if you run a turnkey website you are at the mercy off the developers incase something goes wrong.
    Imagine you have a successfull site making some money and it breaks. You will just have to wait i guess. Or employ developers full time. Sites like gumtree, olx, etc, have full time developers. When it breaks you jump and fix. Im sure if i could afford to pay Rudi or Viktor or Vladimir a full time
    Salarie each month id have the site of my dreams.

    - Don't install updates before a weekend or holiday.
    - Don't install new updates right away; let others try first
    - Buy Flynax's support for have Rudi or Viktor or Vladimir in your pocket
    - Don't make substantial changes to the Flynax code
    - Make sure your hosting company has daily backups
    - Know how to install a backup from your control panel
    - ...
