response timeframe for customization ticket
hello,
how do i know if a ticket has been read by flynax staff?
I submitted a ticket for customization on 11/12/20 but no response yet?
Don't want to reply to the ticket as it states that it will be pushed back in the que.
But i also feel that it might have been read by someone and did not reply?
Dont know how busy flynax developers are?

you could just reply to ring up. I think someone read it and transfer it to someone else more suitable for the task and something happened in between
