User register without phone and adress and name

Hi

I see a new user has register
but when i look to the profile
there is no phone number and no surname and adress
include in the profile but
it was required on the register

how can the user register without this information ?

i have tested this out on both site website and android to register the way the user did and it says it is require the name and the phone

or can the user delete after the register the phone and name ?

i have also test out to register and activate the account with mail
and after try to delete the phone number but it is also require there

so it seems there is no way to put not the phone number or delete it laterly on the account ?

so how can the user register without this information

Hello,

Note that you should add these fields to browse form of your account type: Account Types > your type > Build > Build Browse Form

or create a ticket to check it

I have this issue too with 2 accounts I have seen so far. No idea how. The other users registered have all required info just fine. Only those 2, I don't know how did they do that though. Of course fields are added to registered form correctly

Yes, This happened when the user signed up via social media or adding a listing without signing up option in admin settings.

i have no social login option at the moment only the regular login option

the user add a post and after register with a username and email thats all
and after that user have no name and phone filled in the profile because of this and also the user are also not verificate because user are already active
thats should be also have the option for name, surname and phone and need also to activate via mail

so how to make this ?
i can't see any option where i can edit the form on the add post

I got another registered account today. Saw it in admincpanel with missing required phone number. I do not have social login option. Not sure how did they do that. The phone is required

You need to disable Adding listings without signing up in Basic Settings

and it will solve the problem
