Phone number field with extension

Dear flynax family,

So normally with phone number without extension for example
415-992-8865
User tap on it and it automatically dial this number 4159928865, which is great

But when I setup the phone field with extension, phone becomes for example
415-992-8865 / Ext.22
User tap on it and it automatically dial this number 415992886539822, which is not a valid number. Not sure why that 398 number was included.

How do we make that so with phone includes extension number, user tap on it, and it automatically dial the number without extension number

I think will be better to create a new ticket with the problem. Looks like a local bug and need to fix it on your site.

Hi Viktor,

U tested on FLynax demo site same problem. I went to demo admincp account > registration field > phone then activate ext for that field, then login to Helen demo seller and add an extension for example 22. Then when to a demo listing like below:

Tap on her phone number. The number shows: (305) 804-2812 / Ext.22. When tap on it using a phone. the number show on my dialer is 3058042812398.22. Seems like it change "/ Ext" to 398 and keeps everything else the same. Even so without 398 the phone won't work with 3058042812.22. It should just dial the number without the extension which is 3058042812

Yes, you are right I was able to reproduce the error and created task in our TODO list.
