Does google use the new pwa app icon that you use or choose as the favicon? cause n my search console i can see the pwa icon.
i have updated my favicon in the templates folder but it wont change on google. its been a while now.

Google search results still does not change the favicon. This is after i installed the pwa plugin. Before it used to change.
Yes I have same problem too. Seem like the PWA icon is now replace the favicon in template folder. How do I fix this?
Just give it time. Its google cache. Mine changed after a couple of weeks.
