standard or featured option

please i would like to have the feature or standard option

because people are forget to select the first option for featured or standard
and if you post ad without selecting this option the website says please select one of them

and user goes back to the top and select it

can you point me to where i can set this option to the bottom ?

Go to ftp > templates > your_template > controllers > add_listing > step_single.tpl

find a code:

Only registered members can view the code.

and insert it before:

Only registered members can view the code.
